6 Years of High-Conversion Design Strategy
During my 6-year tenure at Guglote, a leading digital marketing agency, I spearheaded the UX/UI strategy for a massive portfolio of institutional websites and digital platforms. Instead of treating each project as an isolated piece, I designed a scalable framework that optimized time-to-market while delivering tailored, accessible, and high-performance digital experiences for various industries.


The Challenge
Institutional websites often struggle with two main issues: static, unengaging content and poor conversion architecture. The challenge was to transform standard corporate websites into dynamic business tools—balancing complex corporate branding with clean visual hierarchy, fast loading times, and clear user journeys focused on lead generation.

Design Framework & Process (Figma Componentization)
To handle multiple institutional clients simultaneously without losing quality, I established a standardized design workflow:

Modular Architecture: Developed a rich library of reusable layout blocks (heros, form structures, testimonials, and resource hubs) that allowed rapid prototyping.

Brand Adaptation Layer: Designed the system to be highly flexible, ensuring that client-specific typography, color tokens, and branding identity could be seamlessly applied on top of the wireframes.

Conversion-First Layouts: Every institutional structure was built around intuitive scanning patterns (F and Z patterns) to strategically guide users toward primary CTAs.
SEO Integration & Content Architecture
Institutional platforms heavily rely on organic traffic, which often demands heavy text loads. To prevent cognitive overload, I collaborated closely with SEO specialists and content editors to transform text-dense requirements into an engaging, scannable, and highly structured layout.

Breaking the Monotony: Instead of standard, long-form paragraphs, I engineered a dynamic typographic hierarchy using diverse layout patterns. We introduced accordion modules, structured icon grids for key benefits, and prominent callouts to chunk information, keeping the user engaged while preserving all necessary SEO copy.

Cross-Functional Communication Loop: Established a seamless sync between Graphic Design, SEO, and UX. This collaborative workflow guaranteed that while SEO optimized the keyword strategy and the graphic team provided rich visual assets, the UX structure maintained absolute control over the visual hierarchy, loading performance, and intuitive navigation.
